Applications determined by Council with variations to a development standard are available for public viewing. The variations have been made as either an:
- Objection to a development standard under State Environmental Planning Policy No. 1 – Development Standards
- Exception to development standards under Clause 24 of Parramatta City Centre LEP 2007
- Exception to development standards under Clause 4.6 of Parramatta LEP 2011
