Grants Programs
Parramatta City Council currently administers two funding programs focused on community capacity building & community development. They are:
- Parramatta City Council Annual Grants Program
- Community Development Support Expenditure Grant Scheme
Parramatta City Council (PCC) Annual Grants Program
Parramatta City Councils Community Grants Program runs annually and has provided support to Parramattas local organisations and communities since 1992. In 2006 the program was reviewed to create a stronger alignment with PCCs direction, as detailed in the Parramatta Twenty25 strategy. Many local organisations were consulted as part of the review process and provided valuable input to the revised program. The new program will distribute $400,000 per annum to local organisations and is divided into the 7 categories.

- The 2009 round of the PCC Annual Grants Program commencing soon.
application period 08 application proccessing Sep 2008 Dec 2009 - The Small Grants Fund is available on a quarterly basis. Fourth and final round for 2008 will close on Friday 21 December 2008.

Community Development Support Expenditure (CDSE) Grant Scheme
The CDSE Scheme is a community development funding program sponsored by local clubs and administered by Parramatta Council. This scheme enables registered clubs with an annual gaming machine revenue exceeding $1 million to apply 1.5% of their gaming machine revenue to specific community development and support projects.
