Small Grants Fund

The Small Grants Fund remains open throughout the year with applications being accepted on a quarterly basis.

Current round will close on Friday 11 December 2009 at 4pm. Successful applicants should expect to be notified by the end of December 2009.

Please Note:

• Applications can not be accepted by email. All applications are to be either submitted on line or delivered or posted to Parramatta City Council. When delivering applications please ensure you receive a receipt from a Customer Service Representative. Any applications found in the tender box will not be accepted
• Applications must be submitted by 4pm on the closing date. All mandatory support material must be included. Applications submitted after this time and date will not be considered. It is recommended that applicants either post or deliver to Council their support material.
• All supporting documents must be either hand delivered to Council, posted or faxed on 9806 5914 with the name of the organisation and the name of the project on every page by 4:00pm on the closing date.
• All previous grants from PCC Grants Program must have been adequately acquitted in order to be considered for the current funding round.
• Please ensure to print a copy of your application for your records once you have pressed submit.
