The Parramatta City Library Service is currently undergoing a technology upgrade. We are tagging all library items with the latest in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to make our service even better.

• RFID at your library will mean:
• Easier and faster lending.
• Self Service loans facilities to free staff for better customer service and programs.
• More new and current items.
• Better stock control to assist in maintaining the collection.

Tagging has been completed at Granville, Guildford, Dundas, Ermington and Constitution Hill libraries, and is to commence at Parramatta City Library soon.
