This is a great way for us all to get into the Christmas spirit. You can nominate yourself or someone else in the 2009 Parramatta Christmas Lights Competition

Loy Krathong: Thai Water Festival

Loy Krathong, Sydney’s largest Thai water festival, is a powerful celebration of ancient Thai tradition. Transforming the Parramatta River and its surrounds into an exotic cultural delight for the senses, visitors can taste traditional Thai cuisine, peruse Thai handicrafts and participate in Thai inspired activities.

Water Project : Youth Symposium BOOKED OUT

The Water Project gives students from across Greater and Western Sydney the opportunity to explore topical environmental issues surrounding water resources and sustainability. Led by Australia’s most exciting scientists, the Sleek Geeks, featuring Dr Karl Kruszelnicki and Adam Spencer, this youth friendly educational forum is guaranteed to teach you something about your environment, river, planet, or perhaps even yourself!
Carp Fish Out: Fishing for Everyone
