Council actively encourages the involvement of the community in the development decision making process and from time to time you may receive written notification from Council advising you that somebody in your local area is proposing to develop their property. Anyone who feels that the enjoyment of their property may be affected by a proposed development is welcome to make a submission in response to a proposed DA.
