The Development & Certification team has been designed to fast-track Development Applications (DAs), Construction Certifications (CCs), Combined DA/CC's, and Complying Development Applications, for domestic type of applications. The range of development includes but not limited too;

The objective of this multi-skilled (both building surveyor and town planning) team is to ensure that applications for domestic development are determined in a timely manner whilst producing quality developments that comply with community, Parramatta City Council and legislative requirements.

This Combined DA/CC application form below is required when you elect Parramatta City Council as the Principle Certifying Authority at the time of lodging your DA. What would otherwise be two separate applications are then processed concurrently and allows a single point of contact for both applications. The attached checklists are designed to assist you with the information required to be submitted for the various types of developments.
