Telecommunication Access for new developments

It is now possible to submit applications for telecommunication supply regarding new developments online via the Telstra Smart Community website.

Submitting an application for reticulation will also generate the letter required to meet the conditions that Council require for development approval.

To apply for Telstra reticulation to your land or building development:

1. Download the Telstra Reticulation Guideline and follow the instructions in this guide.
2. Log onto the Telstra Smart Community Website then click on Register Your Development and follow the prompts.
