Subdivision Forms & Fees
Subdivision Certificate - Linen Plan Release
A Subdivision Certificate is required once development consent, to subdivide property or land into separate allotments, has been granted by Council. An application for a Subdivision Certificate can be lodged at the time a Development Application, to subdivide, is submitted to Council. Subdivision usually applies to dual occupancies, town houses, residential flat buildings and land. Subdivision Certificate fees are based on the estimated cost of the works.
Fees are as follows:
- $566.50 where estimated cost of works is less than or equal to $100,000
- $566.50 + $1.10 for each $1000 or part thereof by which the estimated cost of works exceeds $100,00 where estimated cost of works is greater than $100,000 and less than or equal to $5,000,000
