Forms and Fees

This section provides information and documents of an application or request nature that can be lodged with Parramatta City Council.

All application forms, fees and respective checklists can be found through the appropriate links on the left hand menu. However, please be aware that most applications require a CD ROM to be submitted.

Please Note

All plans and drawrings must contain minimum requirements as follows:

• Plans to scale preferably at 1:100 or 1:200
• North point
• Date
• Site address
• Description / Title of plan
• Architect/designer name and contact
• No. and brief description of amendments/revisions
• Hardcopy plans are to be folded to A4 size with the title block to the front

Digital Requirements

To assist Council in record keeping and processing your application all documentation is required on data disc e.g. CD-ROM, DVD-ROM. The following scanning fee will apply if digital requirements are not met:

One PDF file should contain all plans and drawings (excluding internal residential floor plans) e.g. site plan, commercial floor plan, elevation plan, landscape plan, etc. in the same single file.

each additional accompanying document requires a separate PDF file e.g. application form, statement of environmental effects, heritage report, and internal residential floor plans, etc. each in seperate files.

Approved development plans and consents will be returned to applicants on CD ROM.
