Draft Parramatta RDS document
The Residential Development Strategy (RDS) document is the first part of the RDS review. It contains the vision for future residential development in the Parramatta local government area and the strategies for achieving this vision. The Draft Parramatta RDS was adopted by Council on 30 November 2006. Below is the Strategy as amended by Council resolution. Owing to the large size of the document, it is broken up into many parts to allow for easy downloading. After adopting the Draft Parramatta RDS, Council consulted with other public authorities and made some changes to the RDS based on their submissions. The strategies outlined in the Draft RDS document, together with the comments from public authorities, led to the preparation of the draft LEP (including zoning and height maps) and the draft DCP (with controls that support the draft LEP)
