Stage 6 – Finalising Planning Controls
Following public exhibition of the draft documents, Council will review all submissions and comments received. Where appropriate, modifications may be made to the plans, standards and controls. The public comments, together with the amended documents, will then be reported to Council for final adoption. The documents will come into force once the local environmental plan (LEP) is gazetted by the State government.
