Public Involvement in the Decision Process

Council values your comments regarding Development Proposals which may affect you. Council invites public comment on development proposals before making an assessment decision. An objection is an opportunity for public involvement in the decision making process and does not constitute a complaint.

Please ensure your comments clearly outline your concerns and are received by the stated Expiry Date (usually 3 weeks after newspaper publication) or by Council before 4:30pm on the closing days of exhibitions. Submissions must be in writing.

You can comment online by completing the form in the Online DA Tracking application.

You can mail any objections to the Development Services Unit at Parramatta City Council:

PO Box 32 Parramatta NSW 2124

Or fax your objection to 02 9806 5901.

Any submission made in regard to an application made after 1 July 2005 may be made publicly available on Council’s website
