ParramattaRiver Foreshore Plan Review
The Parramatta River Foreshore Reserve Concept Plan and Management Strategy was prepared by consultants in 1994. In 2007/08, Council has undertaken the task to review and update the current Plan and develop a vision and prioritised action / implementation plan to guide the future management and development of the Parramatta River Foreshore over the next 20 years. The foreshore under review extends from Lake Parramatta in the upper catchment to Council’s eastern boundary at Ermington. The revised Plan aims to consider and integrate adjoining foreshore plans prepared by Ryde Council, Sydney Olympic Park Authority and the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust.
