The National Relay Service is a telephone service for hearing impaired and deaf people. Callers who are deaf or have a hearing impairment or speech impairment may call Parramatta Council through the NRS using modem or textphone by dialling 133 677 then quoting Customer Service number 9806 5050.

Why should I register? Registration will allow you to log and track your Service Request, Request Property Certificates, Submit an Application, View and Pay Your Accounts, Update Your Contact Details and will allow us to get in contact with you to help action your request.

You can also submit Service Request without registration, please be as detailed as possible and leave your contact details as in majority of cases to action your request will require more information.
