My Parra

My Parra adds a new dimension to service delivery for residents and visitors, enabling access to Council information and services from your smart phone or device.

Using My Parra, you can:

  • Lodge service requests
  • Change of name
  • Change Rates mailing address
  • Check sporting ground wet weather closures
  • Look up waste collection and kerbside collection dates
  • Explore and enquire about facilities in the Council LGA
  • Find out about events

Some of these functions can also be completed via this website using the Online Service Portal, accessible from the homepage.
