Parramatta City Council’s annual report on the delivery of our services to the community during 2006/07.

Read in its entirety, this year’s ‘report card’ is designed to give readers and website viewers a clear and detailed picture of how we met the goals, objectives, indicative Performance Measures and Resident Satisfaction targets of our Management Plan 2006/07 – 2009/10.

For the first time we have produced a ‘stand alone’ executive summary to provide at-a-glance information on our achievements, challenges and future plans across our seven Program areas, as well as our financial performance.
