This is the current version of the DCP. All development applications submitted on or after 14 December 2005 are subject to this DCP, which provides detailed guidelines and environmental standards for new development in the Parramatta local government area, outside the CBD area. Any development applications submitted before 14 December, 2005 will be considered under the previous Parramatta DCP 2001. The Parramatta DCP 2001 can also be viewed here.
The DCP 2005 is available free online below, or you can purchase a copy from Council’s Offices at 30 Darcy Street, Parramatta, @ $10 for a CD-ROM version or $74.25 for a printed version. The DCP can also be viewed at Council’s libraries.
