Development Consultation 2008
Overview
The Residents' Panel team is working with the Parramatta City Council development team to further explore development applicant satisfaction.
Over the past three years development management has utilised this information to modify the service provision focusing on providing better servicing.
This year customers who undertook either domestic development applications, commercial applications, construction certificates over the last 4 months will be surveyed. Also as part of the service parties notified of a development application will also be surveyed.
Mail surveys will be sent to Parramatta City Council customers mid May.The survey will be closed mid June 2008.
Research Objectives
This consultation seeks to find:
- Overall satisfaction with service provision (domestic applications, commerical applications etc....)
- How customers perceive staff behaviour (attentive, conscientious, capable, cooperative, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional)
- Timeliness of service
- Suggestions for improvement
