Loop Bus Consultation

Overview

The Loop has been in operation since late August 2008, a progress report is being undertaken to understand commuters/tourists usage, motivation for use and satisfaction with the new service.

Research Objectives

• Understand who is using the Loop service and profile weekday vs weekend users
• Understand what other transportation is being used by commuters/tourists
• Understand commuter/tourists likely re-use of the Loop service
• Understand why commuters/tourists are using the service in-lign with specific bus stops
• Understand how commuters/tourists became aware of the service
