Information from this survey along with other information is used by Councillors (and Council officers) in preparing future Management Plans and local business plans.

• Resident satisfaction across the main service areas of Council (City Leadership and Management, City Development, Community Care, Culture & Leisure, Environment, Roads Paths Access & Flood Mitigation)
• Residents perceptions of the Parramatta LGA
• Understand commuter/tourists likely re-use of the Loop service
