Residents Panel Satisfaction Survey
Panel member feedback is very valuable as it will allow the team to improve services to the panel and improve your panel membership experience.
Panel members can expect to receive this survey via their preferred method of contact starting from Wednesday the 16th April 2008, the survey is expected to take 10 minutes to complete and the team encourage all members to provide their feedback via this survey. The closing date for this survey is Friday 16th May 2008.
Research Objectives
Gain a thorough understanding of the level of satisfication of Resident Panel members with being on the Panel.
Update panel member details by re-confirming details
Collect satisfaction data which is reported to the community in Council’s Quarterly review.
Outcomes
The results from this consultation will inform business improvement opportunities for the Residents' Panel Team to improve the Residents Panel experience.
Reports of the findings will be made available on the Residents' Panel section of Parramatta City Council's website and panel members who participate can expect to receive a report directly.
