A Waste Container permit is required for locating a Building Waste Container on a footpath, nature strip, or a public road in the Parramatta Local Government Area (except on roads controlled by the Roads and Traffic Authority).
Work Zones
Parramatta City Council is responsible for the approval of Works Zones in the Parramatta Local Government area (LGA).
Works Zones are provided to facilitate the efficient operation of construction projects with minimal impact on traffic and pedestrian safety and loss of on-street parking during the construction works.
