Civic Place Redevelopment
The Civic Place project includes the redevelopment of a 3 hectare inner city block located next to the city’s major transport hub that will become the gateway to an innovative, sophisticated Parramatta City. The development will reinforce Parramatta’s position as Sydney’s twin CBD: a centre for business, tourism, entertainment, culture and heritage.
Civic Place will deliver a city centre that is a more attractive, dynamic and creative place in which to live and work. At its heart will be a new piazza-style public space linking the transport hub to new retail, restaurants, entertainment facilities and a community events space that will help create a social hub operating day and night.
