Councillors & Wards
The City of Parramatta is divided into the five electoral areas known as Wards: Arthur Phillip, Caroline Chisholm, Elizabeth Macarthur, Lachlan Macquarie and Woodville.
Each Ward is represented by three Councillors. Councillors are elected every four years, with the next election in 2012. The Lord Mayor is elected by the Councillors each September.
