Meetings Calendar

Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month (except January) at 6:45pm, at the Council Chamber Building located in Civic Place (2 Civic Place, Parramatta).

The first meeting of the month generally deals with developent matters, whilst the second meeting of the month deals with all other issues.

All Councillors attend Council meetings. The Chief Executive Officer and members of the Executive Management Team also attend the meetings, to provide information or advice when called upon by the Council.

Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings and listen to debate. They may also participate by asking a question or making a statement during Council's Public Forum section.

For more information regarding the Public Forum contact Grant Davies on 9806 5314. Submissions for inclusion in the Public Forum must be made by 4pm on the Friday preceding the meeting.
