Advertising of Proposal to Re-determine Address Locality Boundaries

The revised boundaries proposed by Council will be advertised in the Northern District Times, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Parramatta Holroyd Sun, The Parramatta Holroyd Advertiser and The Auburn Review on Wednesday 18 April 2007 and the New South Wales Government Gazette on Friday 20 April 2007.

The advertising period for submissions will extend until Friday 25 May 2007.

Copies of the maps are being displayed in Parramatta City Council Offices, Parramatta Library, Dundas Valley Branch Library, Ermington Branch Library, Granville Branch Library, Guildford Branch Library, Constitution Hill Branch Library, The Parramatta Heritage Centre and Holroyd Council Offices during the advertising period.

Objections to Proposal to Re-determine Address Locality Boundaries

Submissions must be made in writing and addressed via mail to - Geographical Names Board, PO Box 142 BATHURST NSW 2795, fax (02) 6332 8217 or email - gnb@lands.nsw.gov.au

Conclusion of Advertising Period

At the completion of the advertising period, all submissions will be collated & sent to Council for consideration & comment prior to any further action being taken.
