What Can you do if you are unhappy with the Boundaries?

Now that the boundaries have been gazetted, Council is able to request that changes be made based on the feedback received from residents. To request any changes, Council needs the support of the residents affected by any change, in writing.

If you are unhappy with the new boundaries, you can make a submission to Council in writing, or submit a petition to that effect. If there is sufficient community support for a change, Council may then resolve to request that change.

Council may send a copy of your submission to the Geographical Names Board to show that there is community support for a change.

You can make your submission via

contact us page , or
fax to 9806 5917, or by
writing to Parramatta City Council, PO Box 32 Parramatta NSW, 2124.
