Draft Parramatta RDS document
The Residential Development Strategy (RDS) document contains the vision for future residential development in the Parramatta local government area and the strategies for achieving this vision. The Draft Parramatta RDS was adopted by Council on 30 November 2006. The strategies outlined in the Draft RDS led to the preparation of the draft LEP (including zoning and height maps) and the draft DCP (with controls that support the draft LEP). Owing to the large size of the document, it is broken up into many parts to allow for easy downloading.
