Walking Tracks

Our open space network contains many informal walking tracks and trails which provide a variety of opportunities for residents and visitors to experience nature.

Lake Parramatta Reserve

Lake Parramatta Reserve is a 75ha bushland reserve which is located within two kilometres of the Parramatta CBD. The entrance to the reserve is from Lackey Street, off Bourke Street in North Parramatta. There are a number of formal tracks which form a circuit around the edge of the lake which was originally the water supply for Parramatta. The Ponds Walk

The Ponds walk is a 6.6klm track which follows Ponds / Subiaco Creek from Eric Mobbs Memorial Park in Carlingford to Jim Crowgey Reserve in Rydalmere. For further information and walking trail guides please download The Ponds Walk brochure (1Mb).

Terrys Creek Walk
